Pricing
One rate covers the till, the kitchen tool and multi-brand ordering. Everything else is optional and priced at cost.
It covers the platform whether you run our Stripe rail or your own reader — the same rate either way. Charging less for bring-your-own would create a perverse incentive against the better-integrated rail, so we keep it flat and honest.
Picky is not in the payments business. Bring Stripe, SumUp, Zettle, Dojo or your bank's rate. You pay your processor directly at whatever rate you've negotiated. Picky's 1% never marks up your processing.
£2,500–£5,000 one-off, built in 4–6 weeks in your own colours — not a "Picky" app your customers have never heard of. Registered CICs get 50% off the app setup. Live at Blue Valentines and Saltholme Works today.
Structured supplier PDFs (Booker, Makro, Brakes) are parsed free. For photos, scans and unknown formats, the AI-vision layer is +£30/mo per venue — or bring your own OpenAI / Anthropic / AWS key and run it against your own account.
FAQ
Correct. Picky charges 1% of card revenue and nothing else to run the till, kitchen tool and multi-brand ordering. No monthly fee, no per-brand fee, no per-tenant onboarding fee, no setup fee.
That's between you and your processor. Use Stripe, SumUp, Zettle, Dojo or your bank — whatever rate you already have. Picky's 1% is separate and does not mark up your processing.
Yes. Picky Staff has an adapter layer for SumUp, Zettle, Dojo and Stripe Terminal. The only case that needs our Stripe rail is a single cart splitting across multiple legal entities — the only way payouts can be split automatically.

No. There's no monthly commitment on the 1% plan, so there's nothing to lock into.
